This backplate solves that problem simply and seamlessly, the 9V battery is held right between two tremolo springs, under the backplate, so it doesn't get in the way of anything, and it just clicks right in! Feel like a backplate gets in the way while you're playing? The cover is designed specifically to be thinner than stock (about 3mm), so it shouldn't get in the way!
