We use our engineering capacity to design and build our own specialty instruments and professional creative equipment. The use of digital manufacturing technologies allows us to create products that can be produced on a wide variety of automated machines and so we publish most of our products under a Creative Commons-NonCommercial license, and upload project files and documentation for everything we make, so that you can make any repairs or modifications you’d like to a purchased product. You can also utilize a Bill of Materials to build any of our projects yourself. This philosophy is based on a strong belief in the Right to Repair for all consumers, and comes from our personal long standing usage of Open-Source hardware and software.
Everything we make goes through a long development process, so any products that we are actively working on will be marked with a STATUS: tag at the top of the page and will not be marked for sale until the product is finalized, but documentation and current status will be communicated and a GitHub link will be provided.
